I teach All-Levels Yoga classes on Monday evenings @7:30 and on Saturday mornings @ 10 (that class held in my home - call for directions). Learn to laugh while stretching past your known limitations.
Gentle Yoga and Relaxation - on Thursday mornings @ 11:30. MMM - just the thought of this class makes me smile and wiggle in delight. Banish anxiety for an hour. This is warm, comforting deep relaxation for the rest of us!
Village Elders Yoga for folks 50+ years young on Tuesday and Thursday mornings @ 10. This is a rambunctious, fun-loving group.
Gentle Yoga and Relaxation on Tuesdays @ 11:30. We are working on creating better breath patterns, creating strength, especially in the legs, gaining flexibility in the spine, including the neck, and creating core strength to improve our power and presence in the world.
